Mike’s Macujo Method

PURCHASE Items Below from Walgreens, Walmart, Amazon, Target or Any Large Super Market

Clean & Clear Deep Cleaning Astringent (Acne wash) Orange Liquid – Must be 2.0% salicylic acid
Buy 2 small water spray bottles Fill 1 with Vinegar and 1 with Clean & Clear Astringent
Get original Tide Liquid Detergent – It cannot have softener it must be plain original Tide
Apple Cider Vinegar first choice if you can’t get Apple Cider Vinegar then get any Vinegar
Shower Cap or a Bandana or Scarf to wrap around forehead to prevent drips falling in eyes
Arm-N-Hammer Baking soda or get any brand of Baking Soda

Mikes Macujo Method open up the hair cuticle and clean inside and outside the follicle

First wash hair thoroughly with Nexxus Aloe Rid or Macujo Aloe Rid then rinse off and dry with a clean towel.

Get a medium size bowl and fill it ½ way with Baking Soda. Slowly add warm water and mix until the consistency is like a gravy or marinara sauce. It must be very wet or it will clump up. Now pour it on your head and massage hair for 3 to 7 minutes then rinse off well and towel dry. (This will open the hair cuticle).

Put the Clean & Clear Astringent in a small spray bottle and spray your whole head and massage in for 5 to 7 minutes. (Make sure you have enough spray to saturate your entire head). Blot with a paper towel to dry any loose Clean and Clear Astringent and then let it Sit for about 30 minutes. Have your towel ready and wipe anything that may drip down to your forehead, eyes and neck. After 30 Minutes start step 4

Take a very small dab of Liquid Tide put in center of your palm of your hands and not so thick. Then scrub the follicle for 3 to 5 minutes. We do not want your hair to get all sudsy we want it to be mushy, if it is not mushy enough you can add a very little bit of water, (If you have long hair add a tiny bit more tide) Just use you palm and fingers flat and rub back and forth with your fingers and palm of your hands make it like an abrasive scrubbing the hair to mix well with the Clean & Clear that was left on your head for past 30 minutes. After doing this for 3 to 7 minutes rinse it all out clean.

Then wash your hair good with Nexxus Aloe Rid (Towel Dry Well).

Put Apple Cider Vinegar in your spray bottle, and spray vinegar on your entire head, and massage thoroughly into hair for 3 to 7 minutes. Wipe forehead and ears if necessary. With your hands squeeze hair or push out an excess vinegar off hair. Wipe any excess that may be on your skin, then do Step 7

Spray the Clean & Clear Astringent over your entire head and make sure the hair is very wet with the Clean & Clear and massage thoroughly into your hair. (do not get this into your eyes) Let sit for 30 minutes. Wear a shower cap if you’d like & have a towel ready to wipe away any drips. (You may feel a tingling sensation this is normal)

Repeat Step #4 Take a very small dab of Liquid Tide put in center of your palm of your hands and not so thick. Then scrub the follicle for 3 to 7 minutes.

Now do last wash with Nexxus Aloe Rid so your hair wont smell like vinegar or laundry

“IMPORTANT TIP: Especially if you have to do a lot of washes in a few days”

Put Vaseline around your entire hairline, this means Ears, Neck and Forehead; this will help prevent a rash. You can also wear a shower cap while you’re waiting for the 30 minutes to pass. Keep in mind that the Clean & Clear Astringent is the strongest chemical used during this process so have a wash cloth handy to wipe any drippings from getting into your eyes ***** Do this tip for Step #2 #3 #6 #7 *****

Most customers on their 1^st wash go very hard and irritate their scalp with their nails. We are not trying to clean the scalp we are trying to clean the hair do not let your nails scratch your scalp, because the next time wash you head it will feel like it’s on fire, use the balls of your fingertips. You can use your nails if there long just try not to scratch your skin on your scalp. If you feel likes its scratching your scalp use less pressure

Important Facts: for all toxins in your hair

1 Mike Macujo Washing Means (Doing step 1 thru 9) This would be 1 washing
Do not use your old brush, comb or pick. Buy a new one, boil your old one in water, or clean with alcohol.
If you use a flat iron or curling iron, clean with alcohol first, make sure there is no burned hair on the iron
Towel dry your hair in between each step. Try to use a clean towel every day
Every time you do the Mike Macujo Method, you will permanently lower the toxin levels in your hair.
Try to wait at least an 8 to 10-hour break between washes This will lessen your chances of getting rash

THC, or Alcohol Daily user for past 90 days do 10 to 15 Mike Macujo Washes. If you used for 60 days you will need to do 8 to 12 Mike Macujo Washes. If you used for 30 days you will need 5 to 8 Mike Macujo Washes

Opiates, Meth or Benzos: Daily use you will need 15 Mike Macujo Washes and a Bleach and re-dye. If your using 2 months or less than 10 to 15 Mike Macujo washes. 1 month 5 to 8 Mike Macujo Washes

Cocaine: Is the hardest of all drugs to remove from the hair. Now Depending on the usage over the last 90 days will determine how many times you will need to wash with Mikes macujo method.

IMPORTANT: For COCAINE – WE ONLY NEED DO STEPS 1 THRU 5 OF MIKES MACJUO METHOD

For cocaine only wash with mikes macujo method steps 1 thru 5 only you can wash multiple times per day back to back as much as your head can take in a day
Just to give you an idea. For every ½ Gram coke you used, would require 5 to 6 Mike Macujo Washes.
If you used more than 2 grams of cocaine in 90 days this is considered high user You will need to stall the hair test and call me I will create a program to get you to pass. Call me ASAP so we can go over everything and I will give you all your options.
We also encourage customers to try to test themselves prior to the day of your test. If you already took a hair test and have your results contact me and I will be able to tell you exactly what we need to do to pass
If you used more than 2 grams of coke in the past 90 days.
Please consider doing a bleach and re-dye this will make your hair blonde then re-dye back to original color. You can purchase from sally’s ask a friend or family member for help do not do this if you never done this before. Please don’t ask me for advice I’m not an expert in bleaching and re-dye

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT HAIR DRUG TESTING

How toxins (THC, Cocaine, Opiates, etc.) stay on the hair? For every week that no toxins are used, you will grow approximately another 1/8 inch of clean growth. So, it is in your best interest to stay abstinent as much as possible to shift the balance of clean versus dirty hair. Keep in mind that 1/8 inch is the root below the scalp.

5/8 of an inch of hair is the minimum required for a hair test. They will advise you that the testing will go back 90 days but this may not be true. They can only go as far back as the length of hair that was taken from your head. Generally, a ½ inch of hair is 30 days and 1 inch of hair is 60 days. Men have the luxury of cutting their hair down to 5/8 inch most women don’t have that luxury and will have to give the 1.5 inches of hair which will go back about 90 days

For Men: if your hair is longer than 5/8 of an inch and it is mostly clean, do not get a haircut. Only cut down to 5/8 of an inch if you used daily. If you are a light user, it will hurt you to cut it down to the 5/8 inch because you are cutting mostly clean growth. Leaving this clean growth on your head will help dilute the existing toxins, when they “Cut your hair sample they melt it to a liquid form, and by having the hair past 5/8 inch, this will help to dilute the dirty hair.

Please understand that every time you do Mikes Macujo Method, you are permanently lowering the levels / toxin in your hair. This is not a 1 size fits all so It is urgent to complete this process as much as possible prior to the day of your test. You could never be to clean so it won’t hurt you to do more washes then required

MEN WITH BEARDS AND GOATEES

Must buzz them tight to the face. ASAP It must be tight to your skin and much shorter than your head hair or you risk them trying to take a sample from your beard/goatee.

MEN WITH SHAVED HEAD

If you shave your hair on your head and you know that you’re going to get a hair test soon, immediately buzz all of your body hair down to a #1 trimmer as soon as possible.

Then from that day forward, let the hair on your head start to grow and don’t shave it. Within 7-10 days your head hair will be 3x longer than your body hair. Do not begin the Mikes Macujo Methods until you have at least ¼ of an inch of hair on your head. Otherwise you will only be cleaning the skin/scalp.

If the hair testing administrator asks, tell them you always shave the hair on your body and you’ll let it grow so they can test it. Be sure the hair on your body stays much shorter than the hair on your head.

Remember the minimum amount of hair needed to test is 5/8 of an inch. If your head hair is not this long, “play dumb” when you arrive to your test. They will notice this and then want to take the hair sample from your body or arm pit. But of course, it won’t be available because you made certain your head hair is longer than your body hair. They will tell you to come back in 1-2 weeks and also advise you not to cut your hair

WHY YOU MUST NEVER SUBMIT BODY HAIR AS A SAMPLE

Body hair grows 3 times slower than head hair – this means it is exposed to toxins 3x more than head hair – so 1 inch of body hair could possibly have 3x more toxin levels compared to 1 inch of head hair.

Body hair is thicker and coarser than head hair. This is why body hair have more toxins than head hair.

It is very difficult to do the Mikes Macujo Method on all of your body hair. Because of gravity, you would have to hold your armpits up for 1 hour to do the Mikes Macujo Method. And it will keep dripping down and you also would need to do your chest, legs, arms, back hair, etc. As for pubic hair they are not permitted to take pubic hair

Now you should understand why we do not want to let them test your body hair, how do we avoid this? The best way to prevent them from collecting your body hair is to get a hair buzzer or trimmer and buzz all of your body hair down to a #1 or lower about 1/8 of an inch. #1 Attachment on a buzzer will give you approximately 1/8 of an inch of hair. This way your hair on your body will be too short for them to collect. Now they will go where the longest hair is this would now be your head hair.
